本告知書旨在說明 ASTROGENE（以下簡稱「本中心」）如何處理您的個人資料。

This notice explains how ASTROGENE (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") handles your personal data.

蒐集目的 (Purpose of Collection)

僅限於提供占星諮詢服務、身分確認、預約管理、即時視訊通訊、AI 自動化摘要生成及後續品牌活動訊息發送。

Limited to providing astrology services, identity verification, appointment management, real-time video communication, AI-automated summarization, and brand promotional information.

蒐集之個人資料類別 (Categories of Data)

姓名、性別、出生日期/時間/地點、出生地點、聯絡電話、Email、LINE 帳號，以及讀盤過程之即時影像及語音。

Name, gender, date/time/place of birth, place of birth, contact number, Email, LINE account, and real-time video/audio during reading.

AI 自動化處理與第三方傳輸 (AI Processing & Third-Party Transmission)

您瞭解並同意，本中心使用第三方 AI 技術（如 OpenAI 與 HuggingFace 模型等）進行即時語音轉文字與摘要。本中心不會錄影或儲存原始語音檔，音檔於摘要完成後即刻刪除。

You understand and agree that the Center uses third-party AI (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) for transcription and summarization. The Center does not record or store original audio files; they are deleted immediately after processing.

利用期間、地區及對象 (Period, Area, and Target)

期間 (Period)： 本中心營運期間或法令規定之保存期限。 (During the operation of the Center or as required by law.)

地區 (Area)： 本中心執行業務所及之地區，包含但不限於中華民國、提供雲端服務之伺服器所在地及本中心因營運需求所遷移之地區。 (Areas where the Center conducts business, including but not limited to the R.O.C., locations of cloud service servers, and areas where the Center may relocate for operational needs.)

對象 (Target)： 僅限本中心之占星師、必要之行政人員及提供技術支援之必要第三方服務供應商（如雲端主機、通訊套件等）。 (Limited to the Center's astrologers, essential administrative staff, and necessary third-party service providers for technical support, e.g., cloud hosting or communication SDKs, etc.)

您的權利 (Your Rights)

您可以隨時透過本中心官方聯繫管道要求查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充、更正、停止蒐集處理或刪除您的個資。

You may contact the Center at any time through official channels to request access to, review, obtain a copy of, supplement, correct, cease the collection/processing of, or delete your personal data.

資訊安全與免責承諾 (Security and Disclaimer)

本中心承諾採取合理之技術措施保護您的個人資料，非經您的同意或法律規定，不非法外洩或提供予第三方。惟您瞭解並同意，於網際網路環境下無法保證 100% 的資訊傳輸安全。若因不可抗力、駭客攻擊、電信網路中斷或第三方服務供應商之非預期事故導致之資訊外洩，本中心在法律允許之最大範圍內不負賠償責任。

The Center commits to taking reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data and will not unlawfully disclose or provide it to third parties without your consent or legal requirement. However, you understand and agree that 100% security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed. The Center shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for data breaches caused by force majeure, hacking, telecommunication failures, or unforeseen incidents involving third-party service providers.

第三方資料擔保條款 (Warranty for Third-Party Data)

若您提供之個人資料非屬本人，您保證已取得該當事人之同意，或具備合法權限將其資料提供予 ASTROGENE 進行占星分析。若因未取得授權而導致法律糾紛，應由申請人自行承擔相關責任。

If the personal data provided does not belong to you, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of the data subject or have the legal authority to provide their information to ASTROGENE for astrology analysis. The applicant shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from unauthorized provision of such data.

Astrology is a philosophy and symbolic study; its interpretation is subjective and does not represent inevitable facts. Clients are fully responsible for any decisions, actions, and consequences made based on the consultation. ASTROGENE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this service.

第三方解讀之局限性 (Limitations on Third-Party Interpretation)

針對第三方（非申請人本人）之星盤解讀，係基於申請人提供之資訊進行之象徵性分析，僅供申請人增進人際溝通或自我認知之參考。本中心不保證該分析能完全反映第三人之真實意圖或行為。

The astrological interpretation of a third party (other than the applicant) is a symbolic analysis based on the information provided by the applicant, intended solely for the applicant's reference in interpersonal communication or self-awareness. The Center does not guarantee that such analysis accurately reflects the third party's true intentions or behaviors.
